Whether you’re cooking up traditional family favorites or exploring new culinary adventures, anything is possible in this delicious gourmet country kitchen. With pine cabinets, granite countertops and island bar seating for four, every cook will appreciate the deluxe gas range, two built-in ovens, large island sink, reverse osmosis drinking water system, microwave and whisper-quiet dishwasher.

Hungry guests can choose to eat casually at the kitchen island or outside at the patio set on the deck. More formal dinners can be enjoyed around the beautiful harvest table in the dining room. Wine and beverages can be conveniently served from the granite wet bar in the dining room so no one interferes with the chef de jour.

With large windows inviting sunshine all day long, the comfortable sunroom is a great place for planning the day, unwinding or playing cards.

The master bedroom has a King-sized bed with built-in cabinetry, ceiling fan and a sliding glass door to the front deck. You’ll feel pampered in the deluxe ensuite bathroom with its granite counter, Jacuzzi spa and separate glass shower.

The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and there is another double pull-out couch and two twin beds in the upstairs loft. The beautifully tiled glass shower in the main floor bathroom offers a relaxing rainforest shower head and hand-painted sink.

In the living room, guests can relax on leather sofas by the fire or watch a movie on the surround sound TV/entertainment system. The laundry room off the kitchen has a front-loading European washer and dryer combo with a separate rear entrance to the main floor.

Ground Floor sleeps 4

The granite kitchen/ sports bar in the ground level suite is self sustaining with bar seating for six, a stovetop range, full-size fridge, microwave and large wine/beverage cooler.

Large street level windows brighten up the casual living area with a temperature controlled gas fireplace, Queen pull-out couch and TV/VCR entertainment centre. The ground floor bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom has a separate deluxe shower with Mexican-flavored décor.

Brand new this year, the large Finnish cedar sauna will relax your muscles after a strenuous day at the beach or on the golf course. Comfortably seating up to five people, it can be used either wet or dry and is temperature programmable for your comfort.

Please note: access to the ground floor amenities and sauna is only available
if the entire chalet is rented.

Outdoor Courtyard, Deck and Patio

A separate entrance off the back of the house provides convenient access to the Ground Level suite and connects the outdoor hot tub and the ground floor sauna.

For outdoor dining on the main floor, the upper deck on the west side has an elegant summer table with seating for eight, a large sunbrella, lounge chairs and a natural gas BBQ. For larger groups, the lower west patio also has additional lounge chairs and side tables.

The complete yard is fenced in and there is parking for four vehicles in the concrete driveway. Guests have a variety of casual onsite entertainment choices including bocce ball, backgammon, playing cards, and the most popular board games.
